Sounds like a very simple concept, but that is honestly it. I still get anxiety any time I travel to a new country. But I go scared and then a few days later realise I've figure it out anyways.
Our generation is generally fed up with the things we're supposed to do and what we're not supposed to do. I came to the realisation that it honestly doesn't matter. It's all bullshit and made up anyways - so go out there and create your story. You are the only person you're responsible to.
